Pricing resource

Price is useful only with its context.

Public package information can help form a first expectation, but it is not a universal Las Vegas price list. We label each number by type and preserve its source context.

Published price

A stated package amount

Displayed only when a provider source specifies a price. Always compare included hours, staff, output, and fees.

Starting price

An entry point, not a total

A from-price may exclude upgrades, custom creative, extra time, or venue-related costs.

Quote only

An intentional data gap

Where a provider does not publish a base price, the directory says so instead of filling the field with an estimate.

Before you compare

Ask every provider the same six questions.

01How many hours, and what setup / teardown time is included?
02Are prints, a gallery, sharing, props, backdrop, and attendant included?
03What is the quote’s travel, parking, Strip, resort, or venue-area fee policy?
04What are the space, power, Wi-Fi, and load-in expectations?
05What does custom branding or a custom template add?
06What is the cancellation, availability, and final-confirmation process?
